We have the best residents in THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!

Below is a lovely thank you note we received from a resident.
Â
“To all the nice ladies on staff (and our helpful handy-men),
Thank you. My buddy and I were driving to school this morning, late for surgery meeting, worried about our Biochemistry, and all in all, too late to eat breakfast and too stressed to remember breakfast even if we’d had time. Then we made it out the gates and we were ambushed. For two broke Medical students, you just unloaded a load of happiness on us. Pulling away, with food in hand, it was easy to remember why we wanted to help people and started studying medicine.(As incredibly silly as that sounds, trust us, a yoohoo and a smile means a lot) In a time where everyone in this nation and the world seems self-centered and selfish, it is incredibly refreshing to experience this simple act of human kindness. A few minutes after we pulled out of the complex, I received a call from my wife on the way to work. Today was not a day she was looking forward to, but she called excited and happy. “Did you get food?! How great was that?!”Â
I couldn’t help but smile. After hanging up with her, Jason and I spent the rest of the ride to school discussing the morning ambush.
I know y’all are busy doing a million things every day, and oftentimes people may disregard or disparage your efforts to unify the complex as a community. Please keep in mind though that today, Â you gave all 3 of us a great start to the morning and gave us a smile on an otherwise dreary day.Â
That’s a pretty good return for a couple of juice boxes and some poptarts.
Thank y’all for your work and effort, your thought and consideration. It’s things like this morning that continue to motivate me to recommend the Yacht Club to everyone I meet.
God Bless,
Ross”
